Mater Bay Future Business Leaders of America gives students the opportunity to explore the world of business, entrepreneurship, leadership, and career development. Through hands-on activities, competitions, projects, and leadership experiences, students develop skills that can help prepare them for success in college, careers, and beyond.

Members will have opportunities to strengthen their communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, financial literacy, and business skills while exploring areas such as marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, technology, and management.

FBLA encourages students to dream big, develop their leadership skills, and prepare for a successful future!
