MATER BAY NEWS NETWORK

The Mater Bay News Network gives students the opportunity to explore the exciting world of journalism, broadcasting, media, and communications. Students will learn how to research current events, conduct interviews, develop story ideas, write news content, and present information to an audience.

Through hands-on activities, students will have the opportunity to work as reporters, anchors, interviewers, writers, and media producers while developing important skills in communication, teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, and public speaking.

Whether students are interested in journalism, broadcasting, social media, video production, or simply want to build confidence speaking in front of others, MBNN provides a fun and engaging environment to find their voice and share their story.
