Before/ Sibling/Aftercare Program

Service Registration Information

Registration for services will be held online with link below starting at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, and will remain open until midnight or until all spaces are filled.

If spaces are still available, registration will reopen:

Tuesday, July 14th, 2026 at 9:00 AM (until midnight)and again on Tuesday, July 21nd, 2026 at 9:00 AM (until midnight, if spaces remain)

To be fully enrolled, ALL of the following items must be paid at the time of registration for each child

- Registration Fee

- Insurance Fee

- First Month of Services 

 

PROGRAM GRADE HOURS:

Before Care:

Pre-K, Kinder & 1st Grade: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

2nd - 5th Grade: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Sibling Care:

Pre-K, Kinder & 1st Grade: 2:30pm - 3:30pm

Middle School (Grades 6-8): 1:30pm - 3:30pm

After Care:

Pre-K – 8th Grade: Dismissal Time – 6:00 PM

In order to register for any of the services, student may not have any outstanding balances. This includes and not limited to, lunch, sport, class, club fees, etc..

Cost and Payments:

Before Care $90.00 per month (Pre-K - 5th grade)

Sibling-Care $40.00 per month (Middle, Pre-K, Kinder & 1st Grade) 

Eligibility for Sibling Care:
Enrollment is available only for students who have a sibling currently enrolled at the school and who will remain on campus until that sibling's scheduled dismissal. Both siblings must be picked up together by the same authorized adult.

After Care $190.00 per month (Kinder - 8th grade)

After Care $130.00 per month (Pre-K Students only)

Mandatory ONE TIME (Per school year) Registration Fee is $60.00 per child enrolled.

Mandatory ONE TIME (Per school year) Insurance Fee is $20.00 per child enrolled.

Spots are limited and are first come, first serve. Payments must be received before the new service period begins. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE ASSIGNED DUE DATE ON THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE (Payment Schedule coming soon & will also be in the handbook). There will be no credits or deductions for partial attendance under any circumstance. Fees may only be paid monthly. We do not offer drop-ins or weekly payments allowed. AUGUST is the ONLY month that is prorated. Students who are not enrolled and which payment has not been received will be charged a late pick-up fee of $1 a minute after their designated dismissal time.

Payments can only be made online. NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Registration form will be emailed once all registration dates have concluded and FULL Payment (Registration, insurance & first month of service) is received & student is cleared of any outstanding balances.

Registration form must be filled out for each child attending.
