Meet the Coaches

My name is Felipe Ramirez, and I have over 5 years of coaching experience, including working with Juventus Academy here in Miami. I currently serve as Director for the Palmetto and Cutler Bay area. I also bring 15+ years of national-level playing experience. I emphasize player development, strong fundamentals, discipline, and team culture, while focusing on helping student-athletes grow both on and off the field.

 It is my goal to make the Mater Bay teams under my guidance continue to strive for excellence, always pushing toward new milestones. 

It is my pleasure to serve as an assistant coach for the Mater-bay girls' varsity soccer team this upcoming season as I am my third-year coaching girls' soccer here. I tell my players I am a true believer that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
