Meet the Coaches

My name is Coach Ramnarine and I've been coaching at the High school Varsity level for the past 12+ years. I plan to bring the basketball program at Mater Bay to championship caliber, while building bridges to take athletes to the next level. I strive to build students and athletes while developing the character of young men. 

 It is my goal to make the Mater Bay teams under my guidance continue to strive for excellence, always pushing toward new milestones. 

My name is Coach Kiril. I've been coaching for 5 years, and I'm thrilled to be a member of the Mater Bay team! I emphasize player development and aim to reach the full potential of every player I work with. Besides the importance of performance on the court, I also emphasize the importance of student athletes. 

Boys Basketball/Boys Volleyball   

My name is Coach Perez, with over 7 years of coaching experience, I am extremely excited to be a part of the Mater Bay team. I will be assisting with the Boys Basketball and Boys Volleyball teams! As a dedicated team worker, my primary goal is to help the kids reach the next level in their athletic abilities while also guiding them to become better individuals both on and off the court.

My name is Coach Arias! I am presently the assistant coach at Mater Academy Bay for the varsity and junior varsity basketball teams as well as the head coach of middle school basketball. In addition, I have coached basketball skills development at Elite Basketball Miami for five years. I look forward to continuing to foster the growth of these young men!
