Meet the Coach

Coach Pandolfo

My name is Coach Pandolfo. I bring strong athletic background and coaching expertise to the Mater Bay sports program. I am a former collegiate softball player at Miami Dade College. I have transitioned my passion for the game into coaching, now entering her 3rd year as the Head Softball Coach at Mater Bay. I intend to use my experience as an athlete at the collegiate level to provide insights and guidance to my athletes, helping them develop their skills and reach new heights in their game. 

In addition to leading the softball team I am entering my 2nd year as the Cross-Country Coach, where the focus will be on building endurance and mental toughness to help athletes excel across multiple sports. I plan to ensure each athlete under her guidance grows both on and off the field. 

 It is my goal to make the Mater Bay teams under my guidance continue to strive for excellence, always pushing toward new milestones.
