This application is for the 2026-2027 school year and for students entering PK3 & PK4. For all other grades, please select the correct school with the correct grade level.

Welcome to Mater Bay Academy Pre-Kindergarten School. Upon completion of this application, your child will be considered for the 2026-2027 school year registration. Priority is given to applicants with siblings who are currently enrolled at the school, as space is available. A random selection process will be utilized to admit eligible applicants. This application is for incoming Pre-K3 & Pre-K4 students only.

Agreement of Understanding

By submitting this application, I am acknowledging my understanding of the following conditions: TYPE YESrequired

1. Priority is given to applicants with siblings who are currently enrolled at the school.
2. A random selection process will be utilized to admit applicants.
3. Students entering Pre-K3 must be 3 years old on or before September 1 of the enrollment year. Students entering Pre-K4 must be 4 years old on or before September 1 of the enrollment year.
4. Failure to respond by the date specified on the acceptance letter once accepted will be interpreted as a parent guardian decline of acceptance.
5. Parent or guardian will arrange transportation for student(s) to and from school.
6. This is a Fee based program that requires payment. VPK is not accepted.
7. The first enrollment period will be held January 30, 2026.
8. Lottery results will occur in January 30, 2026.
